What are the shipping costs?

• Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €50. Orders under €50: €6.95 shipping costs.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code from our carrier. This allows you to track the status of your package and, if possible, provide the delivery driver with additional instructions.

I didn't receive a Track & Trace code, what should I do?
Don't worry! The shipping confirmation may still be in transit. Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still don't receive the code, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you track your order.
