These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Amoréa Fashion.

All offers are non-binding.
An order is only final after our confirmation by email.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these general terms and conditions.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are indicated separately and are your responsibility.
Payment can be made using the payment methods on the website.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order and charge any collection costs at the statutory interest rate.
5. Delivery
We ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day.
Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
The risk of the product passes to the carrier upon delivery.
If a product is unavailable, you will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address information or missed deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal and ReturnYou can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the return costs, unless the product is defective or due to an error on our part.
Returns can be registered via the contact form on our website.
We will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include lingerie, custom-made items, or clearly personalized products.
7. Warranty and Liability
Our products must meet reasonable expectations and are subject to statutory warranties.
For defects due to manufacturing errors, we offer free repair, replacement, or refund. The warranty is void if the defect is caused by:
incorrect or careless use
incorrect maintenance (e.g., washing or treating according to the instructions)
damage due to accidents, external causes, or chemicals
if the customer attempts to repair or modify the product themselves

For repair or replacement, the product must first be sent to our return address. Return costs are only covered by us in the case of a manufacturing defect.
